Martin has worked as a professional musician for over 20 years, and has written and produced songs for Sky TV, BMG Publishing, Future Music and many others. He has worked as a live and studio session guitar player and as Principal Lecturer at a UK university. He oversees the Creative Team, lectures at the Academy and is an elder at King’s.

Oli taught GCSE and A-Levels from 2010-2018 and is the lead elder at King’s. He is a lead lecturer on our Youth Work & Theology programmes.

Kate has been Principal of Stagecoach Performing Arts schools since 2010, specialising in Drama, Singing and Voice skills. She runs our Performing Arts Academy for young children and in an Academy of Education lecturer.

Faye led the ‘Hear Our Voice’ choir to the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2025, and is an experienced sessions singer, vocal teacher and university lecturer. She also has a Masters degree in Popular Music Practice. Faye leads our choirs at King’s and is an Academy lead lecturer.

PJ has overseen the production at Big Church Weekend and Spring Harvest for a number of years and also runs a photography business. He focuses on lighting design, technological skills and photography.

Adz has been a youth and family team worker for 19 years, and leads the family team at King’s Church. He is a lecturer on the Youth Work programmes at the King’s Academy of Education.

Paul holds a PhD in Philosophy and a BA Hons in Theology and has written several academic papers and books. He is one of our Theology lead lecturers and also handles some of our Internal Quality Assurance.

Rich has been working in various guises in the music industry for the past 17 years. He’s worked with Hollywood Actresses and Mercury Prize winning artists alongside touring with International Worship Leader Noel Robinson for over a decade.

Songwriting is Rich’s passion and he runs seminars helping with songwriting and arranging skills.

Neil has been a studio producer and engineer for 40 years and worked with artists ranging from Gloria Gaynor to Noel Richards to Cozy Powell. He is a highly skilled session guitar player and helps teach students how to use digital audio workstations (DAWs) and live sound skills.

Sam has been working as a designer and content creator for over 20 years across print, web and video, and has been on staff at King’s since 2013. He helps run seminars teaching students videography and design skills.
